It’s hard to ignore the troubling events in the UK, Manchester and now London. Our prayers go out to the people there. Often I’m asked “what’s the difference between sales and marketing?” This month’s newsletter tackles this question and uses a story of Alibaba’s successful launch of its online pay system, Ali Pay in China.
