1. It is very systematic and practical. PK in simulation practice is very helpful to understand the theory. 2. Reasons for frustration of Team 2: (1)Strategy isn’t targeted and inconsistent. (2) Team Governance has problems and fails to properly divide the work. (3) Lack of judgment on market trends. Not focus on customer needs but on competitors. 3. Simulation allows us to understand if there is a problem in one link of the strategy, what impact will it have? This is something that other trainings do not have but SABRE does.
This training enlightens me the important values of customer needs, customer segmentation, and BCG matrix. And how resources should be different allocated on different products.
Team work is important. Suggest to give more flexibility to trainee to pick up team members to work with.
The strategic planning process, segmentation strategy and positioning strategy are helpful for me to plan sales strategy in the future. I hope to learn more SABRE related programs to enrich my strategy planning knowledge, so as to create a better sales model in the future and continue to lead the ice cream industry in China.
1. Get a chance to systematically learn strategic planning process which enhances my thinking on strategy planning. 2. Combining business simulation with work experience is helpful for improving business capability.
Have a better understanding on market analysis tools, get some ideas on other industries via other participants, learn new knowledges on planning the strategy, and I hope to use into real work in the near future.
