UCB Pharmaceutical Pharm Sales Manager Simulation on 9-10 May 2019
On May 9-10, 2019, UCB held the PSM computer simulation. The participants are senior managers of CNS national and regional sales, strategic marketing and medical teams. UCB has four products in total, an old product of market leader and 3 new products that are coming/just coming to market. The project aims to establish a common strategic thinking within the team.
