Probably everybody knows it,now 1 know it better,however it is more important that 1 do it.
Good learning articulation of strategic planning models,better to integrate more real case from participants company to have a vivid case demonstration.And some of simulations model is too ideal,especially positioning part,which limit marketing/positioning effectiveness to drive business momentum.
Learn a lot of new knowledge and expand new ideas, change the thinking way of the market, gain a lot.

Not so friendly to use the simulation system, if it‘s in excel will be easier for us to analyze. After simulatoin decision, it‘s better to have a seperate time for teams to show their mindset so that we can learn from each other. Very excellent course organization and arrangement including the tech suppor etc. It helps us to indulge deep into study. Thank you very much!
