SwireBev SABRE Strategy Simulation on 8-10 Nov

On 8-10 Nov, SABRE successfully hold an in-house training for Swire Beverage. It's the first time SABRE run an in-house training for Swire, but before SABRE has been many times cooperation with Coca-Cola. At overseas, COKE Europe organized 15 in-house SABRE at IMD business school, and since SABRE introduced into China, SABRE has delivered both in-house and open seminars for more than 100 COKE managers.
In the 3 day, SABRE starts with lectures covering about : strategic planning process, segmentation and R&D, positioning, conjoint study, portfolio and finance foot print and strategy integrate...After each session, partcipants are asked to apply these methodologiesand tools into their simulation decision. The simulation runs for 6 round = 6 years.
After all round the simulation, SABRE linked participants course expectations, business challenges, their experience in simulation together to hold a team presentation to review all program.
SABRE program gets highly positive feedbacks from the participants and we all look forward to having more works in the near future.
